One more punkin

This pattern came from Georgia Seitz's site. I didn't even realize I had it until I was going through some tatting stuff tonight. Tatted with some old Star cotton in size 70, variegated oranges(color 137) and green(color 127.5).

  1. Very nice, Stephanie. In size 70 thread it's not too gigantic, LOL! What are ya gonna do with it, now??

  2. Thanks, TattingChic. Actually this pumpkin is destined to be a Thanksgiving decoration. And you're right about the size 70 thread, too! The finished piece is just over 4" wide and 2-3/4" tall.

  4. Hi Steph, thanks for the comment on my "It's been a strange trip blogapalooza" post. Okay, now I think this is so interesting that you met someone who had told you about the tower before because I was 15 at the time...that was a long time ago, I wasn't driving and I've only been that way once, (that time) and I have no idea what freeway it was off of, what state it was in or anything like that because when you're 15 and the passenger you just don't pay attention to stuff like that!
If you ever get a chance to ask that guy where it is I'd love to know because someone else has asked me where it was and I think he didn't believe me. I rarely tell that story, anyway, LOL!
